WWW.PRESCRIPTIONS.MRMC@NHS.NET IS STILL AVAILABLE TO ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS

Our Group is called “Friends of MRMC”

The group is currently comprised of twelve members who meet with representatives from the Practice on a quarterly basis (or more frequently if issues demand earlier discussion) at the surgery.

Click here to read ‘What Patient Participation Is (and Isn't!)’

Issues for discussion vary depending on the time of year or on events that are happening at any given time e.g. flu clinic arrangements/help, new surgery premises scheme, questionnaire feedback etc. Both parties have the chance to discuss any service issues and this is then fed back to the practice team to activate changes to improve services to patients. Sometimes change is not possible e.g. funding deficits, Government directives and meeting in such a forum allows the Practice to explain difficulties which are hard to overcome.
